anyone remember Essential Logic from 1979--Album "Beat Rhythm News" --Essential Logic was aka/Lora Logic--ex saxophonist from X-Ray Specs.Can anyone recommend anything similar to E.Logic (aside from X-Ray S.) ?

"Wake up" is the name of the song--god the stuff they put out on cd's these days.I have had the album since 1979-80

Essential Logic surely fall into what I consider 'post punk'. Found her solo lp "Pedigree Charm" in a used bin a few years back... if you like world beat news you might like this as well...
