Best album of 2003?

Skinnytie's best of 2004 question fueled this one. Did I miss anything last year? British Sea Power strikes the most memorable chord in my recollection but what else should we not have missed?

For me it's a tie between Placebo's "Sleeping With Ghosts" and The Yeah yeah yeahs' "Fever To Tell". If Interpol's "Turn on The Bright Lights" was released in 2003 instead of it's real release of 2002 then Interpol would take top honors no question...
