Just how good were these guys music and album? I have it on an album,but just don't remember what it sounds like,as I haven't played it in ages.All I know is that they had a hit from the album something with Boomtown in the title.Weren't they a real mellow band and that most of their songs tended to be on the more slower and ballad side?

"Welcome To The Boomtown" was a huge radio hit for D&D, who produced one album. David Berwald (sp?) went solo after the album and had a few minor hits.

Loved Boomtown. Brings back great memories of living in Atlanta, going to music school and loving life. Whole album has a dark tone to it though.
