Welcome to the new forum!
If you are a previously registered user, you must do the following:

1) Click on 'I forgot my password' at the login prompt
2) Enter your username and email you registered with and submit
3) You will receive an email with an activation link. Please click it and then log in using the random password provided
4) Go to your User Control Panel and click on the Profile tab
5) Click on 'Edit Account Settings' and enter your new password twice followed by the random password provided earlier. Click Submit.
6) That's it...you're back in! You may have to log in again with your new password.

I just read the headlines that Ray Charles has passed away. I know he is not new wave but he deserves a salute for being a master artist and musician. They do not make artists like him anymore!

You will be missed,Ray Charles! [:(]

Wow. That's odd, I had watched the news today and heard no mention of it. That's a shame though, I thought he was still touring and such.

Yeah, Ray Charles was an icon of Rock'n'Roll. There would probably be no New Wave if not for the likes of pioneers like Ray Charles.

Ray was what legends would like to be. The man lived an early life no-one could envy. Blind at the age of 7, orphaned at 15. Yet was able to climb to the top of his field. He played great piano and wrote some
classic tunes. Ray had a great sense of humou

This is good. Not that Ray is dead, but that this message board is open enough to admit that there are other valid forms of music out there rather than just the narrow scope we've defined ourselves by here.
