Hello fellow New wavers, it's great to see so many others who enjoy this music. I remember a fun film during the early eighties called"Breaking Glass," and bought a copy recently off the net. It starred Hazel O'Conner and focused on the life of a new wave band. It has a cool soundtrack and I would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of the genre.
Not any Oscars mind you, but it has its moments. [:)]

Breaking Glass is one of my favorite movies. Excellent soundtrack written by Hazel O'Connor and produced by Tony Visconti.

Classic timepiece! Really provides an accurate "snapshot" of a New Wave scene. Hazel O'Connor is very strange, but compelling and downright fascinating. The music is awesome. I haven't seen this movie since '84-ish....and now you've reminded me to seek it
