So glad someone mentioned St. Etienne, my favorite pop band of the last decade. Great stuff- they're too sophisticated for American ears, unfortunately. "He's On the Phone" should have been massive.

"He's On the Phone" was the first St. Etienne track I heard, and it locked me in from then on. I love their cover of Neil Young's "Only Love can Break Your Heart". I'm an easy mark for a female vocalist on top of a dance track.
