Crap from the past

I love this site/show. Been listening to the realaudio(use RealAlternative) streams at work all week. He plays quite a bit of obscure 80s, along with weird stuff from the 90s and such. Heck, he(Ron) even played a Frogger commercial and the "Atari theme". I thought I would have been the only one in the twin cities to play that on radio.

I so wanna be on his show.

Actually, it was Freur who went on to become Underworld version 1 (new wave/rock/pop - 2 albums on Sire) and then evolved into Underworld version 2 (techno/trance - a bunch of albums on JBO)

Is it the same group that did "Thrash" circa 88-89?
(Found it on a great Sire comp 'Just Say Mao'- Vol III of Just Say Yes)

Great kick ass dance tune.[8D]

heh. He just played an alternate version of Planet P's "Why Me".

He then proceeded to play a song from the band "The Pin-Ups". I have that album and briefly trashed it on my website, hating every song that was on it. This is on the 2000-01-16 episode.

I co-host Radio Riot, Monday nights from midnight til 2am.
And while I'm pimping myself, if you have cable check out Metro Cable Network (ch. 60 Thursday nights at 12:30am. I am part of a show called Drinking With Ian. I play The Bartender.
