Defrag problem !!!

After defragmenting my computer for the first time, my music files now have an annoying periodic "skip" - kind of like a piece of dirt on vinyl. Has anyone else had this problem? Are there any cures? I tried 2 different media players and the problem happens with both. Please help [V]

Did U try to restore your computer to an earlier time?

Is it on a seperate drive other than the OS? If so run a CHKDSK on the drive. If it is on the OS (C:) drive you will have to do it on the next boot and it will take time so do it when you don't need you computer.
