I can't include EVH, Satch, Vai, Slash, Nuno, Petrucci, SRV in the mix.. but here's mine:
DM - Enjoy the Silence (Majestic guitar solo)
Personal Jesus (Simple blues riff)
Duran duran - Ordinary world (Pop-full hooks)
Echo and the Bunnymen - Lips like Sugar (Surf-alike sound)
The Cure - Love song (Hunting solo's)
Just like heaven (Goth guitar delay?)
Morrissey - Suedehead (Intro solo)
The Smiths - How soon is now (vibratto tremelo slide)
Joy Division - Love will tear us apart (Bass line)
Aztec Camera - Somewhere in my heart (Van halen alike solo)
U2 - New year's day (Bass line intro w/ blazing guitar solo)
Pride (Rattle and strum delaaay)
Gene loves Jezebel - Jealous (Kinda metal?)
20 KHZ (Singing along riff n' solo)
Billy Idol - Dancing w/ myself (Punk w/ dancing guitar solo)
Waterboys - Pan within (Celtic guitar solo)
It simplicity best

Oingo Boingo's Steve Bartek from Oingo boingo. Anything from the later albums like WATER or CHANGE. but, there are some good live recordings out there too.
