Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong forum, but it looks like the other forum is for re-issues not auctions.
Just wanted to let you all know that one of the rare Rodney On The Roq CD's is on ebay. Here is the link:

Normally, I don't point out Ebay auctions, but I have never seen the three Rodney On The Roq albums mentioned on these forums and that is just criminal, considering the quality of music on those albums and on this CD.
I bought this CD ages ago on Ebay when they first started showing up and the winning bids were astronomical. Well, I paid about $20 for mine, and considering that there were usually three or four of them listed at any one time then, I thought it was high. Lately, I haven't seen too many of them listed, this is the first one in a few months.
But anyway, this CD is excellent, it is the cream of the Orange County late 70's punk scene with a little New Wave thrown in. Bloodstains, Amoeba and Wild in the Streets make up the holy trinity of OC punk songs. Modern Machine and You Make Me Feel Cheap sound like the latest garage pop anthems, only better.
For those that don't know, Rodney had a Sunday show on KROQ in LA, where he played underground new music, some of which crossed over to the main KROQ playlist.
Of the three Rodney On The Roq albums, I actually prefer the first one, because of the classic punk and quirky New Wave tunes. Too bad that some of the New Wave classics from the first Rodney album didn't make it to this CD, but all of the punk classics made it. (I miss the great Nuns tune: More More More.)
