Too many to choose from. The first song that popped into my heard was "Oh Yeah", then "Spin Me 'Round", but for my official answer I will go for a deep cut and say "Psalm".

Yeah, "Over You" for me, despite all the great tracks on Avalon. The opening bassline is just too cool. And then Ferry's sorta falsetto just cuts through it such a unique way. I could easily pick "Virginia Plain" too...so essential, especially if you picture Brian Eno's knobery going on in the background.
