I fell asleep listening to XM Satellites FRED channel and woke up to an awesome song. The DJ said the name but I forgot it having fell back asleep.

I only remember it was Andy Partridge.
What were some of his better solo works? any help here?

There's the Mr. Partridge album, which was later reissued as XTC Explode Together (or something like that). Those are mostly XTC backing trax dubbed out with new stuff added on top of them.

Then, there's his Fuzzy Warbles demos and unreleased series. Eight volumes of them. Actually, there's Nine if you buy the complete boxset now available. But each of those CDs has like 20 tracks each
