does anyone here remember the new wave/punk/new romantic club called........SPIT at the old park avenue club in orlando florida?????
i was part of the regular crowd that frequent spit club on wednesday nites!!!!! it was an awesome club during 1980 thru 1985.!!!!!
i've got very fond memories of the atmosphere,musik,concerts,fashion & just overall vibe to the club,i guess you could call it our new wave version of studio 54.
they had some awesome concerts there like....the producers,ministry (with sympathy tour),missing persons,romantics,a flock of seagulls,japan,duran duran,rem,shoes,susan,spider,ian gillian,silver condor etc........
i'd love to hear your memories if you were there too!!!!!!
