Your Favorite 12 In. And Other Extended Mixes

Postby dropdeadgothic » Sat Feb 10, 2007 12:51 am

I was listening to an extended mix of something contemporary the other day. I'm surprised nowadays by how little of an original song remains after a remix. It got me to thinking about remixes in general. Sometimes a remix can make a decent song shine even brighter. Other times, they can make a great song sound mundane. I have more than a few 12'in. extended mixes of many new wave cuts. I was wondering, what are your favorite top 5 or even 10 extended mixes? What do you have? What do you want? Feel free to share your rarely heard gems.
