What would you have done: An Industrial Story

I remember a show I attended in the late 80s (I think it was 87')Ministry was on tour and came to Orlando, FL. It was their "Twitch" tour so needless to say the club (back when you could actually see great bands in small intimate venues) was packed. Al Jourgensen and company opened the show with "No Devotion," a Revolting Cocks number prior to the release of REVCO's first album so everybody was just blown away. The concert was one of the greatest I've seen. At the close of the show, the crowd was in a frenzy for more and let the band know it, and so the band took the stage once more. This time Ministry comes out with two extra guys, Luc VanAcker and Richard 23(Front 242 fame)... the other members of The Revolting Cocks.

They opened their encore session with "Attack Ships on Fire", and for anybody whose heard that song, you can attest to its power. Al Jourgensen starts doing stage dives, along with some other members. After the encore session, the club's DJ gets on the PA and announces that during Al's stage diving melee, he lost his welding glasses. For those of you who are familiar with the "Over the Shoulder" video... these welding glasses were the same ones he had on in the video, so I assume they had sentimental value to Al. The DJ repeatedly asked if anyone found the glasses and if so please return them to the DJ booth and this individual will have the opportunity to party with Ministry. Supposedly no one returned the glasses, and probably became some punk's special concert keepsake.

I personally would of returned the glasses, though too young at the time to drink legally, I still would of had the opportunity to meet the band and I'm sure get some kind of compensation for my trouble (atleast an autographed t-shirt). What would you have done?
