Are we back in 1979-1982? For about half of these songs, you can identify almost immediately the one or two new wave bands who's signature sound that they're ripping off.
A handful of these artists should be paying royalties to New Order, Depeche Mode, B-52's, and OMD. When I get a chance tomorrow, I'll name names.
