"troubled man" by big country - on the b-side of the 12" single called "heart of the world" , which i still think was bc's worst single & song EVER recorded ( totally soulless ) , while that b-side song was one of their finest moments ...

Warning Sign, b-side to Electronic's Late at Night.

Here's a scan of the CD. The two squares at the right of the cover are die-cuts revealing the CD within. Supposedly this design was discontinued almost immediately after release. Does anyone have any way of verifying this? Schwenko? I always wondered if could fund my kids' college tuition with this [:o)]

My favorite song of all time is the B-side to a single! More precisely, "Alles Klar" by Ultravox, which was the b-side to their single for "All Stood Still". In 2000, when [i]Vienna[/i] was reissued on CD, that song was included in the track listing, much to my delight.

Another instrumental I adore happens to be my favorite Johnny Hates Jazz song; it's called "The Cage" and was the b-side to the UK CD single release for "Heart Of Gold". Fortunately it's been released on a couple of JHJ best-of compilations.

I'm loving the Duran Duran mentions on this thread, BTW. People who aren't familiar with DD's b-sides are missing out on their best work IMO, from "Faster Than Light" to both versions of "Faith In This Colour" to "We Need You", "I Believe/All I Need To Know", "Fallen Angel", "Time For Temptation"... I could go on.
