Favorite Non-Album Singles

Reading the post about Human League songs made me think about great "Non-Album" singles. I'm talking about songs which were not released on a traditional LP/CD (not including compilation "new singles" or soundtrack songs). What are some of the best. Some of my favorites (both new wave and beyond) include:

According to the liner notes on his recent re-issues, Ian Dury disliked having his A-side singles on the album. He felt all the great hitmakers, such as Elvis Presley and the Beatles, didn't need to put their singles on their albums, so neither did he (not until the "Laughter" album, anyway).

But, Thunder in the Mountains is one of her best songs & I don't think it made it on to an official album until the hits packages.

"Blue Diamond" by H2O fits that bill. It's a good tune too.
