Vince Clarke (Depeche Mode, Yazoo) - Paul Quinn (Orange Juice) -- One Day
Vince Clarke - Feargal Sharkey (Undertones) -- Never, never

Speaking of Bowie, I like his and Massive Attack's collaboration on Moulin Rouge for "Nature Boy". Then there's also Bowie & Marianne Faithful for "I Got You Babe".

Would Moroder & Oakey for "Together in Electric Dreams", "Goodbye Bad Times", etc, count? How about Jon Anderson & Vangelis for "Friends of Mr. Cairo", etc, or did they kinda become a band for awhile? Others that I think were singles:

PSB and Dusty Springfield in What have I done to deserve this?

Any collaboration that includes Bowie is good... with the exception of Dancing in the streets [:p]. I love his collaboration in Kashmir's The Cynic song.
