I especially like his first two releases, including Nothing Matters And What If It Did. Lots of excellent tracks on those first two IMO.

I think Hutter who obviously likes him, instead of being as defensive, could have summed it up with "Dont' Hate, Appreciate!". I know i said i'm not fond of him, i should have said I'm not fond of his music. I had no idea he did all that charity work and takes care of his family so. Thaks for the info Hutter.

Yeah, I did come off a bit harsh. But then, I thought of a performer that I hate with the same passion that Peter hates my cousin: Elton John. I'm offended by his very existence. He makes nothing but drek, IMHO, and is a terrible example of what a successful gay man is. He makes even gay people wince. I'd love to have the opportunity to lay a shovel upside his face. Am I being too mean? Well, yeah. But I'm venting. So was Peter. Sometimes it makes you feel better to say over the top shit about folks that, for whatever reason, annoy the hell out of you.

I just know someone is going to jump on me for slamming Dame Elton. But so what. Hell, I did the same to Peter. So I took offense to his opinion about J.M. So what? Anyone here is free game, right?

I agree. John's a good guy, but he should keep it to himself about his political leanings. It's damn embarrasing. He used to be pretty conservative. Fame (or some bad weed) poisoned his common sense, as far as politics go.

...but a wannabe Bob Segar? Damn, that's pretty low. I can't think of anything worse than Bob Segar. He needs to get a shovel upside his head, just like Dame Elton.
