While not discounting Boingo, I go with DEVO all the way.

Devo was the group that turned me onto new wave many years ago, how can you discount that?

Overall Devo's output compared to Oingo Boingo's was alot more as far as their back catalog goes,and to the average New Wave fan I must say that most of Devo's songs overall are more familiar to the average New Wave fan,than those of Oingo Boingo's songs.
