Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. The form has to be sent through the mail at the address that's printed on the form. There isn't a phone number and a fax number. Once you send them the necessary form, you can go from there. It's so worth it Sean, as you know from subscribing in the past. You'll love Joseph's e-mails too. He keeps you posted on all sorts of things that you will just find interesting and helpful. This guy knows his music, technology and everything about remix/DJ Culture!!! So, get it in the mail right away!!!!
