'know. its not a whole lot different than some of the other music people tout as so wonderful on this site....(Icehouse) ---it's just kind of mamby pamby synth rock with no real direction or balls...but I can see how this fits the bill for Mr. Rockwood..no offense, naturally

Don't get me wrong, I love my China Crisis, and my Colourfield et al;...but let's face it, it's all kind of fruity --- I still like this type of music and listen to it regularly, but the fact is, I won't drive through S. Central L.A. with Vitamim Z " Burning Flame" blasting on the Alpine®....

Well, they were Scottish so I was under the belief that they just sucked sheep genitalia but it's good to see them branching out.

That's pretty funny actually. What do the Welsh and New Zealanders do to combat this problem though? [:D]

Bizarrely, I've actually seen more men in kilts since I moved to the U.S. than I ever did in Scotland, where they are pretty much only ever worn at weddings. Most awkward moment was when I attended a "Scottish Festival” here for shits n' giggles.

I got talking to a gentleman who was excitedly boasting of the exploits of his ancestors from East Kilbride, while showing the family clans tartan (plaid) colours. I explained that East Kilbride is in the lowlands, only Highlanders had family tartans or clans and his tartan was probably manufactured sometime in the last century to cash in on the needs of people like him. Wasn’t too pleased he was.
