as far as format changes...there are rumors that it might go r&b to compete with KUBE. one of the other rumors i read (via radio-info.com) is that it might go christmas, then after christmas, it will go country and it's sister station (KMPS) will go class

I certainly like the stuff from these KRQI Flashback weekends! It made the drive to the quasi-in-laws' much better today! Maybe they'll decide there are enough oldster NW fans like us to support an entire format change? Certainly there are plenty of ad

i agree on both cases...leave savage off the mornings and go to a full 24/7 classic new wave station. i think it would work out great. that is the ONLY time i listen to k-rock is during the flashback weekends, i used to listen to KLSY's totally 80's weeke

Some of my best music memories are fall 1980 to winter 1981, when KZAM played Devo, the Clash, Fabulous Poodles, Ian Dury, Any Trouble, Inmates, and local favorites the Heats. Let's not forget Stephen Rabow's Hour of Adventure, Romance, Danger, and Lust!
