Crimsor. It's argueable whether Saint Etienne or Ivy are New Wave. I guess it depends on your perspective. Both bands refer to their sound as "Dream pop." Saint Etienne says they take the "good stuff" from the Swinging 60's and the Disco era and put it into their music. Neither band was around during the New Wave peak of the ealy 80's. They both appeared on the scene in the 90's.
