To me that's why it's so great, that we'd argue endlessly what would make the cut to a double lp and what wouldn't. I think you need all the space that it has to say its piece. It's really a special lp.

Well, I'd have to assume a double-album would have more than 11 songs on it. And while everyone's going to have their favorites (and the European single, "Hitsville UK," admittedly isn't one of mine), I think most people wouldn't need to argue that "One More Dub" and "Version Pardner" are the kinds of things one puts on the B-side of a 12" single.
With that said, the entire 6 sides never had anything that I had to lift the needle and skip, while there are plenty of songs on "Combat Rock" and "Cut the Crap" that I find just absolutely unlistenable. I think the super-low price (at least at the time of release) probably helped.
Oh, and this is the kind of album that you got to have on vinyl. That newspaper thingie with the lyrics on it can't be fully appreciated in its mini-CD replica form!
