Well, pigs must be flying, because I finally won one of these.

About two years ago when I was just lurking here (mostly because all my internet time was taken up writing for a TV website that got rich off mine and other people's work), I ran across a thread about the 1980s "mystery" band, Blanket of Secrecy. You know, "Say You Will," "Yo Yo," all that. Somebody - I forgot who - wrote that spaz was trying to figure out who they were. And then I saw his allmusic review, which was... well... wrong. Since I knew who they were thanks to the Library of Congress, ASCAP and an old press sheet I had that basically gave away the identity of the lead singer, I sent him an email naming all the names. Thought maybe he could update their biography. But I never heard back. Maybe he didn't get it, I don't know. He's not dead, is he?
