Jack Wagner (soup actor, played in melrose place for example) did two great albums (IMO) in the 80s. "All I Need (1984)" & "Lighting Up The Night (1985)".

Martin Kemp from Spandau Ballet has been a regular character on the Brit soap opera EastEnders, along with the son of the singer from Wang Chung (his name escapes me)

John Lydon was in a movie called Corrupt with Harvey Keitel around 1981-ish.

Martin Kemp hasn't been in Eastenders for ages after his character was killed off last year. Last seen doing crappy adverts for a furniture store.

One person who hasn't been mentioned in Tim Curry. His most well-known track is "I Do The Rock". He also released quite a few albums: "Fearless", "Read My Lips", Simplicity", "Cry to Heaven" and " Night over Water"
