Medication881,
many thanks for your CD!
It's awesome. I love the mix of old and new. Franz Ferdinand, Metric, the Stereo...old loves Gang of Four, plus INXS. Are the 2 tunes by Ric Ocasek new ? I had no idea he was doing any new stuff. Anyway, great flow to the mix, too.
Your mixes are so fun and cool....thanks for keeping me medicated[:X][:X][:X]

You are so welcome KYYX! Yes, Ric has a new album out called Nexterday. I highly recommend it...not a bad song on there. He sounds great doesn't he?

Stuff going out this week--if your on my list you should be getting something--keep in mind I had a crash a few months back and may have inadvertantly lost some of you folks.

ANFSCD--Yep no track listing. I'm evil.[}:)]

Just thought it might be interesting to see what you folks come up with--some are gimmies though.

Let me know here what ya think-it was an experiment--worth repeating? Ditto with Babel.

Hah! No way Randy. How could something that starts with the exceedingly obscure Nocturnal Emmissions suck! Big thanks again man.

I'm gonna start recirculated some of the best stuff I've gotten since I have so many of these CDs lying around. Especially SaveTheWave's big 10-disc comp since he's not around anymore and this really needs to be listened to. Did you get these Randy? If not, I'd like to forward them. If yes, I'll maybe send them Otter's way.

As a matter of fact I did get his mega disc set, although one disc was damaged--cant remember which one it was at the moment though. Great stuff from the Wave.

Funny thing about the Babel cd--while listening to my music, I had a song on disc that I said to myself--maybe I'll send out a foreign mix and this tune will probably start or finish the cd.
I made the mixes-sent them all out-made a copy for myself-threw it in my player to listen to going to work--and realized the song that got me thinking about it--I LEFT OFF THE MIX!

If theres interest in a vol 2--maybe someday...

Thanks for remembering me, Randy! I put NFSCD on at work today, background music for a series of teleconferences (hope the speakerphone didn't pick up that one song. or that other song. I could catch some heat.)
Wasn't able to listen too close, but I did hear some great early Bowie and some Warren Zevon.
I'll go to work early tomorrow so I can crank it w/o any backlash.
Can't wait to hear Babel & V12!

Q: How is Randy able to make such kickass comp disks?
A: That's what he does when he can't get no pussy! [:D][:0][:D]
