Is there anyone out there that's been around the Seattle area in the early 80's that remembers a stion called KYYX? To get to the point there was a song they used to play called Vaporized and I can't recall the band's name. They were a local Seattle band at the time. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Brian, I live near Seattle (Tacoma, actually) and I remember the song you mentioned....I think it's X-15, but I could be wrong.

you are right, electriclash, it is X-15. kyyx loved to play that tune! however, i don't know anything about the band. good stuff!

Thanks for the info. I last heard that song a while back on KNDD's Resurrection Sunday Morning Flashback. At the time I remember Jim Keller saying that was available on a compilation of Seattle New Wave bands and now can't remember what it was called.
