Bratwurst or Knockwurst?

Well, which is better? For my money, it's bratwurst, but I'm not "knocking" the knockwurst.
With or without mustard, eh??
And of course the big question, would it be better with coke or pepsi??
What new wave discussion would be complete without this important debate.
