Hi the recent discussion over the Paisley Underground Box set that I'll probably never see in my lifetime-hmmmmm.....maybe I should try assembling one myself-I hear that's what people did before Valley Girl was released on CD---had me thinking what box set would you like to see--?
Here's some thoughts-Gang Of Four-could easily be done-and doesn't exist to my knowledge
After looking at the Punk77 web site-A really good four cd "Class of 77" compilation
An IRS rarities box set?-As far as I know-there's tons of IRS one-shot artists and stuff by their better known artists that's never been on CD.
And to the folks at Rhino Records-take all the tracks from the Nuggets LPS in the 80s that are not on Nuggets CDS and put them in a set.
Also-Rhino did some new artist samplers in the 80s that had some great stuff on them-A girl group sampler-an East LA sampler-a rockabilly sampler annd some others-how 'bout a "best of" for those of us trying to locate that stuff.

New Order- Recycle (not Retro)
This was supposed to consist of all the singles plus b-sides and remixes in individual sleeves.
It never came out!
