Any thoughts on my favorite Doll? Love his tune such as I'm So Sorry , Medicine Man , Without You and the sax filled Tonight.
A lot of his tunes have that 50's flavor which is odd since I am not a big 50's fan.

I love Sylvain Sylvain. I only saw him perform once in the 1990s -- he was great and I wish I saw him in the 1980s but he didn't play as often as Johnny Thunders/Jerry Nolan and David Jo in NYC.

Syl's 2 RCA releases are indispensible 50s/60s inspired records. Got my 2 one 1 CDR copy from Mike P, and they still sound damn good all these years later. 14th Street Beat shoulda been a huge mainstream hit. Just good, fun rock and roll at it's best. Ony
