Who was the first UK New Wave band/act to wear dreadlocks? Was it Haisy Fantayzee, Boy George, or Marilyn? I think I saw something on this once but I never got a clear cut answer. Anyone know?

I think that of the listed bands,Boy George would have been the first. Marilyn was a friend of his that was more influenced by him than vice versa. Haysi Fantasee is one that I don't know a lot about.

Question for ExRat, it's gotta smell right? Didn't any of your girlfriends or dates complain? You know, if I go for one day without washing my hair, I feel like it weighs about 2 lbs. more. How in the world can you stand 6 months. :)
