You got most of my favorites in that list,

I would like to add Jimmy The Hoover, even though these guys never had an official album I wish they would have released one. I have several of their singles but I don't think anything could live up to "Tantalize"

Candy - Whatever happened to fun, remember that?

Benjamin Orr - The Lace - one LP from the Cars genius! I would add Greg Hawkes LP but he had two, his first was better with 27 shirts oh and let's not forget The Nobobdy's - remember No Guarantees?

Blue Zoo and Blue Rondo A La Turk are two others that come to mind

Innocene In Danger, The Stompers, and Fear Of Strangers as well

Private Lightning - self-titled

And if anybody can help me find a seeder for the torrent that's going around (containing the single, Tight with You/Geneva -- the one record of theirs I don't own), I will be eternally grateful. Moreso if you can help me get their unreleased tracks.
