Does anyone know of or have any great resources of any wholesale CD places where you can buy CD's online at alot cheaper prices than say paying top dollar for them by paying retail prices? The reason why I ask is because I am getting tired of paying top dollar for import Cd's that I want to buy,and I don't feel like shoving out $25.00 to $30.00 for them if I don't have to.
If anyone knows of any places online, please feel free on letting me know where to look. And thank you.By the way, both Cd Universe, and CD Connnection seem to be the best and the cheapest online when it comes to retail, and in the states. But there must be something better as far as wholesale prices go.

I have to admit, CD Universe is pretty good some times, aa bit pricey sometimes. Also consider Siren Discs, sometimes they will sell imports cheaper, not always. CD Baby seems to always have good prices, as does Twee Kitten.

Wholesale prices are what an individual pays Kim,as opposed to what the average customer or consumer in a store would pay, which is what is called retail, and what most consumers and customers pay.It is also known as a list price. The cheaper price to an ind

Is there any way we can form a co-op or non-profit group for the sole purpose of buying CDs at a discount? If we can guarantee purchases of 25 or more per CD, we might be able to get the wholesale price and then we can all buy at cost.
Just a silly id

Actually, wholesale is what a store or business with a business license would pay, even internet stores, to get the CD from the distributor or "one stop", or from the label. The, the business would turn around and mark up the price, as the retailer, to a

I buy the bulk of my import CDs from amazon.co.uk as they tend to have good prices and I receive the product in about a week. The best thing to do is buy a few things at once to save on shipping. Keep in mind that the prices you see on their site will dro

I've been buying imports from overseas for years because of the better selection and prices. I simply won't pay the US retail prices they charge for most imports ($25-30 for a single CD is just crazy). Here are a couple of my favs from overseas:

One of the best places I've found over the years is
http://www.sirendisc.com. They sell mostly imports and have a large selection, and only charge .99 for shipping, for the entire order.
I just recently purchased from them: One Step Beyond - Madness/

NWP - I deleted my original post since you don't seem to understand that a single individual can not buy CD's WHOLESALE unless you are in the CD selling business. Even the legendary Bucks Fizz can't buy CD's wholesale.

Newwavepopman, all the sources I mentioned will ve retail. As an individual, UNLESS you have a business/Tax ID number, you likely will not be able to buy wholesale, but it can be done, as a former store owner I know this, I bought many things for myself a
