City Boy - 5.7.0.5 New Wave?

Long before Tommy Tutone's 867-5309 and Squeeze's 853-5937, there was this song called 5.7.0.5 by a band called City Boy. It goes something like 5.7.0.5 but there's no reply. I keep calling 5.7.0.5 why do you keep me hanging on the line? Everytime I listen to the song it sound like something bands like Queen and Sweet would write. This was of course back in the late 70's when New Wave was getting strong. So just what were City Boy? Were they New Wave? Power Pop? Arena Rock?
