There are extended versions in existance. Wow! You learn something new everyday.

What were some of their hits? A local radio station (which is now a Spanish station) used to play one of their songs before they switched formats, and I never remembered the title. I'm sure I'd remember it if I saw it, just like I remembered the band's

Thanks for the help. I miss the old WLIR as well, but unfortunately, it seems to have gone the way of any radio station in the NYC area that had a new wave format. Good thing for internet radio. :)

The Ocean Blue is definitely one of my all time favorties!!!!

After some time off, these guys are coming back w/ a new release & some tour dates.

Cool. I haven't seen their Web site in a while. They used to have another site called seetheoceanblue.com or something before they launched this one. For the longest time there was nothing on it though. I can't wait for new music from them.

Well, I finally found the song I was looking for. Turns out it was "Between Something and Nothing" from the first album (I still tend to call these things "albums" rather than "CD's"). That's the only one I remember WLIR playing. Anyway, thanks for you

no problem. I grew up around Hershey, Pennsylvania and still reside there...that's where TOB is originally from. So I remember their days of playing proms and at the chameleon club down the road in Lancaster, PA.
