Poison to tour

Postby djcraig » Wed Apr 04, 2007 4:19 pm

Poison to tour, release covers album

The covers include the Rolling Stones' "Dead Flowers," David Bowie's "Suffragette City," Tom Petty's "I Need to Know," Sweet's "Little Willy," and "Just What I Needed" by the Cars.

The band will kick off the tour June 12, with dates, cities, and venues to be announced in the coming weeks.

I'm not sure how I feel about this. Couldn't stand them the first time but kind of like the nostalgia thing.

RATT is opening the shows and this tour will bring large crowds. Poison always pulls in good summer tour attendance. I'm just really excited that I got my Social Distortion tix today for May 10th. REAL ROCK AND ROLL

I wonder who is fronting RATT... If it's Stephen Pearcy, that'd be cool. I always liked RATT. [:I]

Djcraig sums it for me about then and know.I hated the Crue in their
heyday but saw Vince Neil play a show two years ago in a closing down
country bar for around 400 people in my ville and it was killer.
