Skids will take the main stage for a final, one-off gig on Saturday 7th July at the 'T In The Park' festival, in Scotland. Bruce Watson, Stuart Adamson's fellow band member in Big Country, will be on guitar, along with original bassist Bill Simpson and later drummer Mike Baillie, and of course Richard Jobson.

Great news, I,ve been a fan since 79.I would bet I,m one of few in my city who has the Joy lp as well as R.Jobson,s poetry lp and Rusty Egans ep(not being too smug).Thanks for posting this,I,ve been waiting for this news.

The Joy LP and some of Jobson's spoken-word works I have, but I'm not familiar with the Rusty Egan release - could you post some details? Sounds interesting...

Yes FivetenFifteen.It is a 12" single called Rusty Egan The Twilight Zone it was released in 1983 on WEA.I believe it,s an instrumental record(I haven,t heard it in over 20 years).The writing on the jacket is done the same way as the Twilight Zone movie that came out around the same time,coincidence?I don,t know.
