If you took these bands and their most popular songs, you'd likely have the makings of a completely banal and irrelevant new wave compilation - the kind that probably gives new wave a bad name.

So then what songs would you pick as a great representative but not-so-popular song from each of these bands to showcase their talents? Imagine you're releasing a comp for the more discerning crowd. It can't just be obscure - it has to be good too!
