Create the definitive New Wave band

As the title suggests, just pick any musicians you want, alive or dead from the 1980s, put them together and make your own ultimate New Wave supergroup. Don't forget to tell us what bands they are from in case we don't know their names.
I'm not sure if this has been done before at this forum, but I thought that it would be quite interesting. [:)]

Here's my ideal line-up:

David Sylvian - Lead Vocals
Paul Reynolds (AFOS) - Guitar
Derek Forbes (Simple Minds) - Bass
Nick Rhodes - Keyboards
Howard Jones - Keyboards, samples
Stephen Morris (New Order) - Drums


I don't know if all of these people in their primes would have the perfect chemistry with each other musically to make the magic that only they could make, but one could only hope.
