Has anyone seen the DVD yet,from Echo And The Bunnymen's Live In Liverpool? If so how did you like it overall? I just watched it for the first time earlier tonight,and I thought it was just great.Ian hasn't lost a step or his voice either,which is also great.He just looks a little different now that's all.And what I mean by that is that his hair is a little bit longer than it was back in the 80's,and he has his hair cut differently.

He really doesn't look like he has aged much at all from what I was able to tell.They sure played some heavy guitar throughout most of the concert,compared to how they used to sound back in the 80's,but that didn't keep me from enjoying the concert.They played some of my favorite songs like Villiars Terrace,Seven Seas,Bring On The Dancing Horses,Silver,The Cutter,Back of Love,Rescue,and even their newer material was just as great as their older material.To put it into perspective,Echo And The Bunnymen as a whole hasn't really changed their style at all,and they sound just as good as they did back in their heyday.


I highly recommend this DVD to any and all of their fans who haven't had a chance to buy it yet,or knows that it is available to buy.Funny how a band like them has a DVD out here in the states,and not one charted hit,in the US,but yet they have a DVD out here,but yet artists such as Squeeze,Boomtown Rats,China Crisis,and OMD all have DVD's out,but you can only buy them and watch them if you have a Regional 2 player.You can't watch them here in that mode.


And yet both OMD and Squeeze made a much bigger impact in their heyday with the American market,than Echo And The Bunnymen ever did.But yet Echo and The Bunnymen have a DVD out here.I would think it would be the other way around.

Okay here are the names of those DVD's for those that were asking,and you can only watch them if you have Region 2.They can't be watched on a Region 1 DVD Player at all.They are all foregin DVD's from the UK.

There is a OMD DVD listed over at www.songseaarch.com and it is for sale.I believe it is called The Best Of OMD.It is the last item listed there.But be prepared as it is in the Region 2 format.I found The Story Of The Boomtown Rats listed over here.
