Berlin's "Talk talk Video"

I recently got this on some compilation. It is surely not Terri Nunn singing(doesn't sound like her). Is this a rare Berlin track with the vocalist pre-Terri Nunn? I had an image around here somewhere of an early Berlin album or ep.

Now I must get that whole album. Who has it? It sounds a lot different than the Teri Nunn era. A bit cheezier. But I still like it.
