I have just been listening to their album "Bringing Home the Ashes" and I really love all the songs starting from "Young Manhood" all the way to the last track "The Worst Year of my Life". This is one of the best bands (including The Care) that I really love and makes me wonder "Where have they gone?"...tsk tsk tsk.

I also have the "Space Flower" album which is pretty good but nevertheless would never outdo the above. I like "Tangerine Temple" and "Butteryfly Girl" the most.

Related Bands Teardrop Explodes, Icicle Works, & Lightning Seeds would only come next, that's for me.

Any other devotees out there?

What about "The Railway Children"? Seems this band plus the others you mentioned were very popular in the Phillipines. I liked "Bringing Home The Ashes" (haven't listened to it in very long time), didn't care for "Space Flower" and purchased a "Care" cd
