....and only 46 years old. When I hear about a musician passing away , it always makes me wonder about the new music from them that will never be. R.I.P. [:(]

This is sad, and gives me pause, as 46 isn't so far off for me. It sounds like it was a complete surprise, too. Killing Joke calls him "possibly the funniest human that ever lived" (I'm going on memory, so I might be slightly misquoting, but you get the gist).

Yeah, horrible news. Lots of talk over on the Ministry boards about this, too. He was going to be on the upcoming, final Ministry tour. I was a fan of the guy - the first time I heard him was on Killing Joke's Night Time and Brighter Than A Thousand Suns, still my two favorite KJ albums. Very sad.

Very sad, too young to die... I think Rotator met him last July at some graphic design convention in Las Vegas...

Paul Raven gave me the finger from the stage in 2003.

Just gotten a nice picture of him, and he flipped me the bird. A favourite moment from concert-going days, haha. I mean, Ha!

R.I.P.

Very sad news. Apparently it was a heart attack.
Rest in peace, Raven.

WOW...so sad --- I just heard about this today!...I did actually meet Big Paul Raven (the guy was HUGE, literaly) spring 2007 at a vegas trade show...not many words were exchanged, but he was nice enough to shake my hand and give me an autograph, while I mumbled something about being a big fan...he was there promoting a tee shirt company and the new Ministry LP (with Alain Jourgensen)...bummer....
