Here's the wikipedia blub on Lone Justice. Maria Mckee cetainly had me shaking in my jeans with her faraway eyes! "Ways to be Wicked" was their standout song IMO.

Very much agree with Schwenko re: Maria Mckee!

Martini Ranch-- that was actor Bill Paxton's outfit?

Here's Trouser Press' very brief description:

and wikipedia (with the don't-believe-all-that-is-wiki disclaimer):

Shelter was a great Lone Justice song. It has been years since I heard that one.
PM was another AAA radio staple from the mid-eighties. The entire album was pretty good!

Maraming Salamat was a cheesey Arabian disco band who mostly did Village People covers using just a xylophone and a drum machine.

I've heard only one song by The Painted Word. The song was "Frances" it was much too cheesy for my taste so I didn't find out more about the band.

Thanks everyone. Martini Ranch sounds like cowboyish.
