When I first started searching on ebay,Gemm and Musickstack for lp,s four or five years ago I saw a record by a band called the Wigs-File Under.I think it was on ebay and it was $50(fuck that)anyway I never saw it again anywhere I almost thik I dreamt it.So NWO people what do you know about it.All I know it was early 80,s U.S new wave.
