Anyone (besides me) see a familiar (NWOr's) face/theme amongst the contestants?[8)]

I know some of us Long Islanders have passed this around already. (thanks to SPIZEII) Brings you back to the crazy club days. I thought the poster said he had more SPIZE video to post. I'd love to see them.
It's a blast to see our famous New Wave Outposter!

Marie3 was kind enough to bring this video to my attention about a month ago. I had stopped going to Spize at this time, for the most part, and was a regular at Thrush in 1985.
So...I am stumped...who is the NWO poster and what was he/she dressed as?
It couldn't be eight6 as the cue ball, could it? LOL.
We didn't sell a lot of records, but somehow we left an impression.

Cue ball? You mean 8 ball...I was going to ask if that was our old friend Z.
Hey, was that Waukena as the Girl Scout?
