80's Nighclubs in Salt Lake City

I know, not really cool, but Salt Lake and Provo where I went to university had some decent clubs playing "New Wave" unheard of in the rest of the area. Clubs like the Palace, Plastique and Sil's Ivy Tower in Provo (all gone now) and the Palladium and Zenon in Salt Lake City. There was a place called alternatively The Collector and 12 Oaks in the "banking district" which is also long gone. This was the sexiest, new wave party stop in the city and was where I first heard Feur and did coke. Anyone here visit this establishment and have memories of it. Was huge on a Thursday night from 1986-1988.
